10 must-see Nha Trang attractions
Nha Trang has been well-known for long time by its beautiful islands, long beaches and ancient architectures. Today, I would like to introduce 10 must-see Nha Trang attractions that you cannot miss during your Nha Trang tour.
Located on Hon Tre Island, with crystal clear water all year round, Vinpearl Land is known as “tropical paradise”. Hon Mun Island

Hon Tam Island
One of the most beautiful Nha Trang attractions is the long beach on the Hon Tam Island. Hon Tam Island is 7 kilometers far away from the heart of Nha Trang city on the southeast. It has an area of about 110 hectares. From Hon Tam Island, you could see the whole Nha Trang city in the north and Cam Ranh peninsula in the south. National Oceanographic Museum of Vietnam
Oceanographic Museum is a place to keep a lot of exotic marine species. Oceanographic Museum was established in 1923. It is located at No. 1, Stone Bridge and about 6km from the center of Nha Trang on the southeast. It has over 20,000 specimens of 4,000 kinds of marine and freshwater organisms collected and preserved for years. In particular, coming to the Museum of Oceanography, you will admire the giant whale skeleton which is 26 meters long, 3 meters high and fully restored 48 vertebras.

Po Nagar Cham Towers
Po Nagar Cham Towers is the perfect ancient architecture of the Cham people. It is about 2 km far away from the center of Nha Trang City on the north. The complex consists of four towers, two temples, and the largest tower. The largest tower is the place where people worship the Po nagar. After visiting the Po Nagar Cham Towers, you can go to Thap Ba Hot Springs and Mud baths nearby. Fares are VND100,000 / person in the collective pool (15 – 20 people) or 250.000VND / person if using private lake.

Hon Chong – Hon Vo
Other must-see Nha Trang attraction is Hon Chong (or Chong Rocks). This place is about 3 kilometers far away from the city center’s northeast. Hon Chong consists of a large number of rocks which has a variety of shapes and was stacked on each other and run from the high shore into the sea. A group of smaller stones, situated at the foot of the eastern hill, is called Hon Vo (The Wife). The space of Hon Chong is almost separated from the bustling streets of Nha Trang city. It is one of the most beautiful views of the city.

Van Phong Bay
Van Phong Bay is located in Van Ninh district (Khanh Hoa), about 40 kilometers far away from the north of the center of Nha Trang. It attracts visitors by wild beautiful small, large islands and blue smaller island inside the bays.
Transportation: There are two ways to go there. The first method is floating on boats by sea from Nha Phu Bay. The second method is riding a car or a motorbike from the city of Nha Trang.

Dai Lanh Beach
Dai Lanh Beach attracts many visitors. Dai Lanh Beach is located in Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province. It is located on the National Highway 1A, about 80km from Nha Trang City on the north. After swimming under the water, tourists can rent motorboats to visit Khai Luong fishing village, Dam Mon, Vung Ro port or to explore the village of Dai Lanh fishermen.
Transportation: Take a taxi or ride a motorbike.

Dam Market, Nha Trang
Dam Market is also one of the most famous Nha Trang attractions. It is known as Business Center of Nha Trang. It is a beautiful architecture and located in the center of Nha Trang. Dam Market sells a lot of souvenirs and local products. Here, it is very abundant of seafood, especially dry seafood.
Transportation: Go for a walk, ride a motorcycle or take a taxi.
Time for shopping: 2-3 hours.
